Trusts and Foundations Manager

Ali joined Cranfield Trust in 2021 as Trusts and Foundations Manager, to increase grant income and further develop collaborative relationships with UK funders.  Ali brings over 20 years’ experience of third sector charity fundraising, relationship management and grant giving to the team, and is delighted to apply her knowledge, skills and experience to the growth and development of Cranfield Trust at this pivotal time for the UK’s charitable sector.

Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager (London & South East)

Emma joined Cranfield Trust in August 2025 and brings 20 years of experience in fundraising, business development and recruitment with her.  She is highly skilled in cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including major donors, trusts and foundations, and commercial partners. She is delighted to channel her expertise into developing and strengthening the Trust’s successful fundraising programme.

Finance and Data Officer

Ros joined Cranfield Trust in 2021, bringing skills in financial administration, accounting and reporting.  She previously worked in corporate accounting and the private equity industry, before transferring into the charity sector, and is responsible for managing the Trust’s accounting and payroll processes.

Marketing and Communications Associate

Charlotte joined Cranfield Trust in October 2022 as part of the Marketing and Communications team.  With over 20 years experience working in charity and public sector organisations, Charlotte has a particular interest in branding and digital communications.  She is looking forward to helping develop Cranfield Trust's online presence to help raise awareness of the Trust's pro bono services and reach more charity clients.

Nat Williams

Marketing and Communications Associate 

Nat began working with Cranfield Trust on a freelance basis in August
2025. He uses his background in journalism and marketing to create content that
demonstrates the Trust’s impact. He’s passionate about supporting non-profit
organisations and is excited to help grow the Trust’s reputation within the
