Raising a complaint or concern

If for any reason you feel that the behaviour of our staff, workers, volunteers or trustees or any aspect of our work has fallen short of these values and given you cause for complaint, please do get in touch with us directly by emailing [email protected] and leaving your name, email address and a contact number so that we can respond to you.
This mailbox is monitored by Cranfield Trust’s Head of Finance, Administration & Control, and your messages and our response will be treated with the strictest confidence. On receipt of a formal complaint, a member of the senior management team will be nominated to handle the complaint and provide the complainant with a timeline for investigating and providing a response. If, after receiving a response, you don’t agree with the outcome, you may raise your concerns further using the above email address, and someone else will be allocated to review your concerns and provide a response.
