Often, those in leadership roles can find their position isolating and both professionally, and personally challenging. Our Peer to Peer sessions help provide a sense of solidarity and give participants a greater awareness of different ways to approach their problems.

"It’s felt like we are meeting as friends, even though we didn’t know one another at the start of the process."

Why should I be part of Cranfield Trust Peer to Peer?

Our Peer to Peer sessions are based on acting learning principles and are designed considering the needs of CEOs and Directors, knowing the pressure and isolating nature of these roles.

"It’s given me strength and enabled me to deal with things in a much more head on way so benefitting the organisation as well as myself. I now intend to use the peer-to-peer approach in our organisation so the impact is rippling out into our charity."

The sessions will allow you to develop your leadership capacity, strengthen your professional resilience and enhance professional effectiveness and productivity. Through peer interaction participants can improve on their ability to respond from a fresh perspective and find new solutions to leadership challenges.
