You will be carefully matched with a small group of like-minded charity leaders and one of our highly skilled, trained Peer to Peer volunteer facilitators.

Our virtual sessions will bring you together with your peer group and facilitator. Your trained facilitator will be entrusted with creating a safe platform that sensitively guides you to exercise and expand your questioning and listening skills, in exchange for new perspectives and insights.
The structure of these sessions will allow all Peer to Peer group members to raise a live challenge they are facing. With the help of your Peer to Peer group facilitator, you can ask questions and provide support for the challenges your peers are facing, and in return receive fresh perspectives and solutions for your own.
