Leadership and Learning Manager

Part-time (3 days per week)

Five month fixed term contract

Annual salary of £41k, pro rata

Remote based within the UK with occasional travel for meetings and delivery

We are looking for an Interim Leadership and Learning Manager to lead the initial development of our leadership training, services and community, helping small charity leaders strengthen their confidence, capability and resilience.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring together our existing mentoring, peer support, webinars and resources into a coherent offer, while developing a new volunteer-led training programme and leadership network. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, skilled volunteers and sector partners to turn our strategy into practical support that makes a lasting difference.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing leadership, learning or organisational development programmes, be able to move quickly from ideas to delivery and build strong relationships with colleagues, volunteers and partners.
