Salma Ravat, founder and CEO of One Roof Leicester in Leicester has joined Cranfield Trust’s Board of Trustees. Salma has over 20 years’ experience of setting up and running voluntary and community groups and has successfully brought different faith and community groups together to tackle social issues.

Cranfield Trust supports hundreds of small to medium sized social welfare charities every year through pro bono management consultancy and mentoring, as well as through webinars and online resources. Salma’s charity leadership background and experience are well matched to the Trust’s charity client base.
