We are offering appointments throughout Charity Management Month for registered charities and CICs to get FREE immediate access to our expert volunteers and Regional Managers for specialist and timely answers to pressing charity management questions.
The specialist you are matched with will have thought about your specific question in advance and really get to understand your situation, so together you can explore a suitable solution or explore your options with clarity and confidence.

If we can’t give you all the help you need during your appointment, we'll call on our network of over 1400 volunteers, as well as our extensive resources, to provide the help and support you need.
Please note, we are not able to provide HR advice or fundraising support through On Call or our wider services.
Who can we help?
- Your primary purpose must be addressing the welfare needs of people, including poverty, disability or social exclusion. Although we interpret this requirement fairly widely, our Management Consultancy, Mentoring, Peer to Peer Exchange and On Call services are are generally not available to animal charities, mainstream and independent schools, environmental charities, historic buildings or other organisations where work is not primarily focussed on human welfare issues.
- You must be a formally constituted non-profit with a board of trustees, such as a registered charity or Community Interest Company (CIC).
