Why volunteer with us?

Last year our network of volunteers worked with 564 charities on pro bono management consultancy projects, donating a staggering 15,840 hours of their time to power social good. Our volunteers work with charity leaders, offering support with everything from planning their business strategy to producing a realistic marketing plan.

By becoming a Cranfield Trust volunteer you will be joining a powerful network of over 1,200 like-mined business people, who are all keen to make a difference to charities across the country.

"Cranfield Trust is an exceptional organisation. Their impact led approach ensures that both charity and volunteer get a good experience, with measured and positive outcomes.
I would strongly recommend any charity that thinks it’s missing a skill or experience in their team to get in touch. And for volunteers, it is a truly rewarding experience being able to make an impact and seeing the change you can help to facilitate, is a very satisfying experience."

Adam Walsh, Cranfield Trust Volunteer
