In the lead up to National Mentoring Day, the largest celebration of mentoring worldwide, we spoke with Professor David Clutterbuck.

David is author, co-author and editor of more than 70 books and hundreds of articles. He is also co-editor of the Routledge EMCC masters in coaching and mentoring series. He has delivered over 2,000 conference papers and maintains a continuous programme of research, with current themes covering: coach maturity, the ripple effect of mentoring, coaching in politicised environments and the growing practice of supervising coach pairs.

In this Interview, Cranfield Trust Head of Operations Alice Dabrowska and Mentoring Coordinator Emilia Ufir-Kaparaboina ask Professor Clutterbuck a series of mentoring questions, to gain his insight on these important mentoring topics.
