Founded at Cranfield in 1988, The Cranfield Trust now works with a growing number of leading international business schools and professional bodies to encourage volunteering amongst their alumni.  Below is our current list of our volunteering partners.

Cranfield School of Management

Cranfield School of Management has for more than 40 years been helping individuals and businesses from around the world learn and succeed by transforming knowledge into action. Click here for details of key business skills now needed more than ever or here for information on volunteering in your local area.

Each year the CMA offers The Cranfield Trust MBA Scholarships for the Voluntary Sector in Europe. These full fee scholarships are open to candidates working for a European charitable voluntary organisation addressing issues of poverty, disability and social exclusion. Successful scholarship winners for 2011 were Charmaine Griffiths of the British Heart Foundation and Ruth Lowe of Platform 51.  You can follow their progress on their blogs at Charmaine Griffiths and Ruth Lowe.

University of Glasgow

The AACSB accredited University of Glasgow Business School draws heavily upon the research and scholarly traditions of one of the ancient universities of Scotland, and provides significant benefits to participants in terms of the learning environment, resources, support services, high quality academic staff, and links with business and industry.

Manchester Business School

At Manchester Business School, the academic rigour and business relevance of our activities is one of our key strengths: we ensure that our innovative research covers contemporary topics and is informed by interaction with industry. We design programmes that provide our students with the transferable skills and behaviours needed to manage and lead in today's complex business environment. That is why our award-winning programmes are highly regarded, both nationally and internationally.

Strathclyde Business School

The University of Strathclyde Business School is regarded as a pioneer and a major innovator in the field of business and management education. We are globally connected and globally accredited - one of only a handful of business schools to be triple accredited - AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS.

Warwick Business School

Warwick Business School is a leading thought-developer and innovator, in the top one percent of global business schools. Our students come from 146 countries to learn at undergraduate, masters, MBA and PhD level. WBS educates and develops global citizens, and promotes new knowledge to benefit business and society, through its executive education and applied research. Consistently top-rated for teaching quality and research, WBS means business. Charlotte Brown recently completed her MBA at WBS - details of her volunteering work with The Cranfield Trust can be found here.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is Europe's largest HR development professional body. The Cranfield Trust has now joined forces with the CIPD to recruit volunteers for HRNet, our online HR information and advice service for registered charities.
